ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once you click Buy It Now, you have made a purchase obligation which cannot be retracted - See eBay's Policy. Please be 100% sure that you intend to complete the transaction before clicking Buy It Now. Buyers who INTENTIONALLY do not complete transactions may be held financially responsible. Exceptions will be made for duplicate purchases due to technical issues. Please check your My eBay Buying section if you are unsure you have made a purchase BEFORE attempting to make a purchase a second time!

RETURN POLICY

We understand that you may have legitimate reasons to return the product you have purchased from us. Please understand that we have a return policy that is not designed for those that have changed their mind after purchasing, but does allow for those that have extraordinary circumstances. If you want to "try out" the product, and you know there is a good chance you will not keep it, we recommend the Paypal Guarantee program below. This program is not available if you send payment by any other method.

We do NOT offer a no-questions return policy found at many brick & mortar stores that offer the same products we do, which is why you often pay more at these locations than the price we offer. Please understand that this policy is in place because we offer high-quality products that are backed by manufacturer warranties. In general, if we are able to resell the item as brand new, you may return the item. If it has been opened, but not used, please contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization. We are reasonable, and if you take care of the item AND packaging, there is a good chance we can work something out.

However, USED returns are not accepted under any circumstances. If the product has been used by you or your pet, it will not be accepted as a return for a refund or store credit.

We must receive notification of intent to return no later than 7 days after receipt of your item (tracked shipments), or within 21 days of our shipping the item (untracked shipments). International customers must notify us within 30 days of shipment. Please send all notification by email. If your shipment qualifies for return, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization. All return shipping costs are to by paid by the buyer, and the item must be returned in all original retail packaging.

All items returned per our Return Policy are subject to a Restocking Fee determined by us, based upon the condition of the item upon return. Restocking fee will be no less than 10% of the price purchased, and no more than 25% of the price purchased. Restocking fees will only be waived for exceptional circumstances. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

WARRANTY SERVICE

We do understand that the item you have purchased from us may have a defect that was not noticed, or did not develop until shortly after you began using the product. Each product we offer is fully backed by the manufacturers we represent, and we will assist you as much as possible in getting Warranty Service from the manufacturer. However, we do not provide parts, repair, or replacement directly under any circumstances.

All Warranty Service issues are handled directly by the manufacturer, including any manufacturer defects. All buyers acknowledge, by purchasing this item from us on this venue, that defects are not the fault of the seller, and that the manufacturer's warranty service procedure is the sole remedy for the unlikely occurrence.
