If you have won or are bidding on one of our auctions,
you will need the below payment information to complete the auction transaction.
1. You MUST include the following with your payment:
Your eBay (or other site) ITEM NUMBER. If you do not
include this, it may delay or even prevent your shipment. NO ITEM NUMBER -
NO SHIPMENT!
The TITLE of the listing
YOUR official e-mail address for the venue you bought
from (important if you have multiple e-mail addresses).
A seperate 8-1/2" x 11" piece of paper with your eBay
number, name, shipping address, and request for insurance (if applicable).
The easiest way is to print page 1 of 1 of our payment information e-mail.
Sales Tax of 2.9% if you live in Colorado
Sales Tax of 3.9% if you live in Larimer County,
Colorado
2. We accept only the following forms of
payment:

5. Insurance Terms
Please add $1.25* for each $50 of coverage you want
Buyer assumes ALL risk for damage or lost shipments
if insurance is not taken.
Insurance for Canadian and other non-US shipments
is either more expensive or not available. Please see the USPS
Website for more info.
If you send US insurance amounts for a non-US shipment,
your item will be shipped uninsured.
Insurance Claims:
If your item is lost or damaged, refunds will NOT
be given prior to payment on the claim by USPS
A claim MUST be filed with USPS as soon as possible.
If damaged, you can file immediately. If lost, you must wait until 30 days
after shipment.
A LOST shipment requires a written statement from
the buyer confirming the item was not delivered. An ORIGINAL signiture is
required.
USPS will not pay a claim on a lost item for at least
30 days, and up to 45 days.
Our refund will not exceed the USPS payment on a claim.
6. Payment Processing
We process payments Monday through Friday, except
on Holidays.
Confirmation e-mails are sent when we process a payment.
That is your receipt.
If the Item Number is NOT sent with a payment, we
may not be able to ship your payment. We will attempt e-mail contact if you
have provided that information with your payment, but we will not call or
fax. We will not be held responsible for delays if you do not follow our protocol
above.
Please send an e-mail to us at debnroo@weauction4you.com
and give us your shipping address and payment method immediately after the
auction closes so that we may prepare your shipment. If you fill out this
information at eBay Checkout, this is not necessary.
