1. First, use our chart to find your location.

A. ZONE 1-4: If you are in the Lower 48 US, you will be in Zone 1-4. Find your State on the map, use the color code to find your Zone.
B. HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES: If you are within the US, but outside of the Lower 48 States, then you will be using the HI/AK column on our chart. Only USPS shipping is available to your location.
C. INTERNATIONAL: On some select listings, we post the S&H to Canada and the United Kingdom. In most cases, however, you will need to email us for an S&H quote. Please send all requests BEFORE using Buy It Now. Once you click Buy It Now, you have made a purchase committment, and it is not acceptable to cancel the transaction after because you did not know the S&H amount.

2. Second, choose your carrier. In most cases, the default carrier will be highlighted in RED, and the S&H amount will be as well. The default S&H amount is calculated for Zone 4. if you are not in Zone 4, you will need to make an adjustment to the S&H during eBay Checkout.

Please note that there are restrictions for certain carriers. For instance, UPS Ground is only available for US Lower 48, and cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Information specific to the item being sold is available on each listing.

There are two ways to make a purchase from our listings: 1) Placing a bid; 2) Using Buy It Now.

When an auction ends with your bid being highest OR when clicking Buy It Now (BIN) on eBay, you are making a purchase commitment. In either case, the seller is immediately charged significant fees. Some of the fees are non-refundable, and the refundable fees require significant time and effort to obtain a refund.

In general, bid retractions and order cancelations are not allowed on eBay. Therefore, you should not click BIN if you have any outstanding questions (particularly about S&H), or if you are uncertain about completing the transaction. If the buyer does not complete a transaction, we use the Non-Paying Bidder Alert program to get back our refundable fees. This action will put a non-public mark on your account, and 3 of these marks will result in an automatic suspension.

1. Placing a bid

A. Use the bid field at the top or bottom of the Listing to enter the amount you are willing to pay.
B. If you are outbid, you will receive notice from eBay, and you will have the option to bid again until the listing ends (posted on the top of the listing).
C. If you win the auction with the highest bid, you will be notified by email, and you may confirm your winning bid by looking on your My eBay page.

2. Using Buy It Now

A. When using Buy It Now, you can click on the Buy It Now button located on the top or bottom of the listing.
B. You will arrive at a page to confirm your purchase. Click the Submit button when you are certain you have had all of your questions answered, including questions about S&H.

C. Once you have clicked Submit, you have confirmed your purchase. You can verify this purchase by visiting your My eBay page, and looking at your recent purchases list. At this point, you may not cancel the order, and full payment is due.

Once you have determined your S&H (either by using our Chart, or by email quote - only for International Shipments!) and made your Purchase Commitment, you are now ready to use eBay Checkout.

If you have placed a bid, you will need to go back to the original listing. If you have used Buy It Now, and have just confirmed your purchase by clicking "Submit", you will automatically be redirected to the listing page.

As long as you are signed in to eBay under your purchasing account, the listing page will now have a different look at the top, letting you know that you are the winner or buyer of the item. You should see a message similar to the one below, along with a "Pay Now" button, as shown:

1. Click Pay Now to enter eBay Checkout

2. Upon clicking, you will be redirected to a page which will confirm your purchase. The page should show details relating to your purchase, including purchase price and S&H.

3. Make sure that your Shipping Address is correct. Use the link below address information to change name and address, if necessary.

4. Locate the Discount/Charge Field. The S&H amount will automatically show the default S&H for Zone-4. If you are using a different carrier, or are not in Zone 4, you will need to use the Discount/Charge field to make an adjustment.

5. Once you have found the Discount/Charge field, you will need to enter the difference between the S&H for your location and carrier vs. the Default S&H Amount.

In the item in this example, the Default S&H for Zone 4 is $11.00 via UPS Ground. For this example, let's assume that we are in Zone 2, and desire UPS Ground shipping which will be $10.50. The difference in this case is $0.50, and the amount is less (a discount) than the Default S&H. Therefore, we will need to enter a negative amount in the Discount/Charge field, in order for the correct total to appear.

We would then enter the shipping discount as shown below:

6. Once the discount has been entered, click "recalculate", and the correct new total should appear. Note that the Default S&H and Discount/Charge amounts remain the same. Only the total changes.

7. If you have any difficulties with this step, you can always click the "Request total from seller" link, and we will be able to make the adjustment for you. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

8. Once you are complete with this step, you are ready to choose your payment method.

1. After making any necessary adjustments to S&H, you will need to choose your Payment Method. Click the "Radio" button next to your desired payment Method.

2. If sending a mailed form of payment (Check or Money Order), you will be redirected to a page that will confirm our payment address. If you get an error, our payment address is:

If you have used Paypal before, and have your account login information, use the steps below to send your payment. If you are a first-time Paypal user, please skip to the next section.

1. Once you click "Continue" in the step above, you will be redirected to a page that is actually on the Paypal website. You can verify this by looking at the URL address line in your browser. It should look something like below.
